Apart from those standard document requirements needed during the processing, we will assist you in order to avoid issues that may cause any delay with the hiring progress.

Direct Hire Overseas Service

This package works best for hiring a helper who is coming from abroad or first time to work in Hong Kong.

Direct Hire Overseas Package Services

  • Document Preparation  and the validation of both Employer and Applicant Information prior to processing.
  • Application processing for work Employment Visa
  • ID407 Standard Employment Contract Notarization and Verification
  • One-time medical check-up from the applicant country origin
  • Applicant Overseas Worker Insurance from the country of origin as mandatory required by the Gov.
  • Counterpart Agency processing
  • A day of food and travelling allowance on flight date
  • One-way travel cost from Manila to Hong Kong capped at HK$1000
  • One Year Basic Insurance in Hong Kong

This package cost is HK$12,500

Note: For an applicant hired to work abroad, a TESDA NCII certification is required.

Local Hire Service

This service is best for hiring a helper who is already in Hong Kong with status of “Finish Contract” or “Terminated with special cases”.

  • Document Preparation  and the validation of both Employer and Applicant Information prior to processing.
  • Application processing for work Employment Visa
  • ID407 Standard Employment Contract Notarization and Verification
  • To ensure the applicant is fit to work, a one-time medical check-up in Hong Kong is required
  • One Year Basic Insurance in Hong Kong

This package cost is HK$5,500

Note: By norm, an applicant with terminated or broken contract must exit and return back to their country of origin to wait for the new issued working entry visa.
