Application Requirements
- Employer’s HKID card copy;
- A copy of Employer’s financial proof such as:
- The last 3 months bank statement showing the auto-pay wage record; or
- Salary Slip/Statement issued by your company; or
- Income Tax Return Statement Assessment (front & back copy); or
- Letter of Employment from your company indicating the monthly/annual income signed by the HR;
- Proof of Adrress issued issued within 3 months (e.g. Bills for electricity, Water, Government rates, fixed telephone lines, Cable TV);
- List of present/last helper with details such as:
- Full Name
- HKID Number
- Permited to remain in HK until
- Employed by
