Application Requirements

  • Employer’s HKID card copy;
  • A copy of Employer’s financial proof such as:
    • The last 3 months bank statement  showing the auto-pay wage record; or
    • Salary Slip/Statement  issued by your company; or
    • Income Tax Return Statement Assessment (front & back copy); or
    • Letter of Employment from your company indicating the monthly/annual income signed by the HR;
  • Proof of Adrress issued issued within 3 months (e.g. Bills for electricity, Water, Government rates, fixed telephone lines, Cable TV);
  • List of present/last helper with details such as:
    • Full Name
    • HKID Number
    • Permited to remain in HK until
    • Employed by
